Introduction

There's a chance you're reading this and this doesn't matter to you because you may be a ConnectWise Automate only client and you're not using ConnectWise Manage.

However, there's a pretty good chance that you are using ConnectWise Manage, and if you are, then it's critical that these two things be able to pass the data between one another. For example, if you have ConnectWise Automate and ConnectWise Manage, it's actually best to import a client from ConnectWise Manage rather than creating it in ConnectWise Automate, but you can only do that if you have the ConnectWise Manage plugin loaded and active and configured. That's precisely what this course is about.

We're going to look at that plugin, the control you have over various things - passing tickets, contacts, computers, etc. back and forth, and how to leverage that to better organize yourself to route tickets to where they should go.

If you have both platforms and you want to tighten up the integration between the two and explore some of what can be done there, then I definitely recommend jumping into this one. We're going to cover a lot of good stuff.

Chances are during your initial setup, the initial integration was set up for you, but even beyond that, there are still quite a few things that you can do in there. Everything from syncing information to updating billing agreements and all sorts of things. Definitely look into this one if this makes sense for you.

As always, it will be linked over in the community where you can comment and ask questions.

Happy automating, and I'll see you on the inside.
